Soft Launch Letters is a monthly mail club created and sold by SNFLWR Creative – Lisa Barkay (Raz), a registered עוסק מורשה in Israel.
This page includes the terms of your subscription, cancellation information, shipping and returns, and information about how your personal information is used.
By purchasing or subscribing to Soft Launch Letters, you agree to the terms below. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Soft Launch Letters is a recurring monthly subscription for a physical envelope sent by mail.
Each edition contains a changing selection of paper goods, creative pieces and/or small items. The contents are intentionally kept a surprise until the envelopes begin arriving.
The price shown when you subscribe is charged once per month until you cancel. Shipping is included in the subscription price.
Payments and recurring billing are processed securely through PayPal.
To receive the upcoming edition, you must subscribe by the monthly sign-up deadline shown on the website.
The deadline is generally the 12th of each month, and envelopes are generally mailed around the 15th.
If you join after the deadline, your first envelope will normally be the following month’s edition.
These dates may occasionally change. If a significant change affects your subscription, I’ll communicate it where appropriate.
By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to automatically charge the payment method connected to your subscription at the recurring interval shown when you sign up.
Your subscription continues each month until you cancel it.
Your renewal date is determined by your PayPal subscription and will generally be based on the date your subscription began.
Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy. Soft Launch Letters does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
The easiest way is to cancel directly through PayPal. You can find step-by-step instructions [HERE].
You can also request cancellation by emailing lisa@snflwr.co.
You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. If payment for an edition has already been processed, your rights in relation to that payment or edition will depend on the timing of your cancellation and any applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights you are legally entitled to.
If you change your mind about an order, email lisa@snflwr.co as soon as possible.
Any right to cancel or return an individual order will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If something arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is another problem with your envelope, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Where a physical return is required, please contact me before sending anything back so I can provide the correct return details.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer’s responsibility.
Soft Launch Letters is mailed from Israel to subscribers in Israel and internationally.
Shipping is included in the subscription price.
Envelopes are sent using standard postal services and, unless specifically stated otherwise, do not include tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service. International mail can occasionally take longer because of postal delays, customs, holidays or other circumstances outside my control.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Please make sure your mailing address is complete and accurate when subscribing.
If your address changes, contact lisa@snflwr.co as soon as possible so I can update it for future envelopes.
If an envelope has already been mailed to the address provided, I may not be able to redirect or replace it.
Sometimes international mail takes a little longer than expected.
If you think your envelope may genuinely be lost, email lisa@snflwr.co with your name, country and the edition you’re missing. I’ll look into it with you and do my best to help.
Soft Launch Letters ships internationally.
Depending on your country, an international shipment may be subject to local customs rules, import restrictions, taxes, duties or handling charges.
Any charges imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless applicable law says otherwise.
Soft Launch Letters cannot control customs decisions or delays caused by customs or local postal authorities.
You’re welcome to purchase a Soft Launch Letters subscription as a gift.
Simply enter the recipient’s name and mailing address for shipping and use your own details for payment.
Please make sure you have permission to provide their information for the purpose of sending them the gift.

I only use personal information when it is needed to run Soft Launch Letters, fulfil your subscription, communicate with you or meet my legal and accounting obligations.
When you subscribe or make a payment through PayPal, PayPal may provide me with information needed to manage and fulfil your order, such as:
I do not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.
Your information may be used to fulfil and mail your subscription, manage your subscription, contact you about your order, respond to questions or requests, maintain required business and accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.
I do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared where necessary with services used to operate Soft Launch Letters, including PayPal, postal or delivery services, website hosting providers, and professional accounting or legal advisers.
PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
The Soft Launch Letters website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising or behavioural tracking tools.
The website and its hosting or technical infrastructure may use essential cookies or process limited technical information where necessary for the website to function correctly and securely.
Personal information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to fulfil subscriptions, provide customer support, maintain required accounting or business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Certain information may still need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate accounting, tax or record-keeping purposes.
The original artwork, writing, photographs, designs and other creative materials produced for Soft Launch Letters remain the intellectual property of SNFLWR Creative – Lisa Barkay (Raz), unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an envelope gives you the physical items for your own personal use. It does not transfer the rights to commercially reproduce or sell the original artwork or content.
You are, of course, very welcome to photograph and share your Soft Launch Letters mail for personal and social media use.
Because Soft Launch Letters is made in small batches, I may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to materials, packaging, mailing dates or other details.
If I ever change the monthly subscription price for existing subscribers, I’ll provide reasonable notice before the new price applies. You’ll be free to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soft Launch Letters is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, such as postal disruption, customs delays, natural events, government action or interruption of third-party services.
Soft Launch Letters is operated from Israel by SNFLWR Creative – Lisa Barkay (Raz).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you in your country of residence.
